Yes โ€” we offer a free local measuring service throughout Bristol and the surrounding areas. We'll come to your property, measure up accurately, and provide a detailed no-obligation quote with no hidden extras.

Absolutely. We lend out sample books (with a small refundable deposit) so you can view your chosen flooring in your own home, in your own lighting, alongside your existing furniture and dรฉcor. It's by far the best way to make the right choice.

Our quotes are all-inclusive. That means full subfloor preparation, plyboarding and latexing where required, expert installation by our own experienced fitters, and a clean, tidy finish. Your installation is also covered by our 6-month workmanship guarantee.

We don't install underfloor heating systems themselves, but our LVT, vinyl and many of our wood and engineered wood ranges are fully compatible with underfloor heating. We'll guide you to the right product for your setup.

It depends on the project size and product availability. Vinyl sheet special orders are typically delivered in 1โ€“2 days, and most domestic installations can be scheduled within a couple of weeks. Larger commercial projects are planned around your operational needs.
